Dear Marvin:
This letter is to acknowledge that a MACE system for characterizing mammalian cell colonies has been installed in our lab at the Dept. of Therapeutic Radiology, Yale School of Medicine, since June, 1993. It has been in continuous use during that time and has undergone several modifications based upon our needs. The latest version of MACE now provides accurate and consistent results for our tissue culture studies of Chinese hamster cells and BA1112 rat rhabdomyosarcoma cells. In addition, we find that the colony density and size distribution data are readily available from the MACE system.
Looking forward to continuing our collaboration on this project.
Sincerely,

Ravinder Nath; PhD, FACR
